What it is
LillyDirect is Eli Lilly's direct-to-patient pharmacy service. You still need a valid prescription. It offers free delivery or pickup.
Prices (vial or KwikPen, same price)
- 2.5 mg (starting dose only, not a maintenance dose): from $299/month
- 5 mg: from $399/month
- 7.5–15 mg: $449/month if refilled within 45 days (Zepbound Journey Program); otherwise $499 (7.5 mg) or $699 (10–15 mg)
A month is 28 days. Needles/syringes or pen needles are a separate purchase.
KwikPen at regular pharmacies
Since March 16, 2026, Lilly says the KwikPen self-pay price is also available at major pharmacies nationwide using the KwikPen Self-Pay Savings Card from zepbound.lilly.com/savings. The card applies only to the KwikPen, not vials. Lilly's terms say the card expires 12/31/2026.
