Self-pay (no insurance, or choosing not to use it)

New patients to the savings offer or NovoCare home delivery: $199/month for 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, for 2 monthly fills, through Dec 31, 2026.
Then $349/month for 0.25–2.4 mg, and $399/month for Wegovy HD 7.2 mg.
Wegovy pill: $149 / $199 / $299 per month depending on dose.

NovoCare notes that money spent self-paying does not count toward your insurance deductible or out-of-pocket limit.

With commercial insurance

If your plan covers Wegovy, NovoCare says you may pay as little as $25/month, with maximum savings of $100/month. Government beneficiaries (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid) are excluded.

Delivery or pickup

NovoCare offers home delivery with free shipping, or sending the prescription to a local pharmacy for pickup.
