One month = 1 box of 4 pens. Novo Nordisk says prices for Wegovy do not increase based on when you refill (unlike Lilly’s 45-day Journey rule on some Zepbound doses). Needles are included with the Wegovy pen.

Patients new to the Wegovy Savings Offer or NovoCare can pay $199 per month for the first 2 monthly fills of 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg, with the offer described through December 31, 2026, then the standard $349 (or $399 for HD). Eligibility and restrictions apply; Novo can change or cancel the program.
